Shipping Policy

We pack and ship all orders from Wollongong, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–10 business days.

For large orders, or in the rare case that an item is out of stock and needs to be made, we’ll contact you directly to advise you of the expected timeframe.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1–3 business days for handling and dispatch. During peak periods, such as holidays or sale events, slight delays may occur.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All deliveries are sent via registered courier and may require a signature upon arrival unless you provide authority to leave.

Shipping Within Australia

We deliver to most postcodes across Australia using a postcode-based shipping calculator.

If your location is outside our delivery network or you experience checkout issues, please contact us at hello@imaginehomewaresandhampers.com.au for a custom shipping quote.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Wollongong facility. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Remote or regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at hello@imaginehomewaresandhampers.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, credit, or refund where applicable.
